There is a notion in fitness that if you don’t leave your workout fully drenched with sweat, on the verge of total collapse, if you didn’t GIVE IT ALL YOU GOT, if you didn’t push yourself to the absolutely max…then what was the point of the workout? 

We believe that you should train like an athlete, in all aspects of the word, including creating time for RECOVERY and improving MUSCLE STABILIZATION. There will come a point where your body is going to want something more (or less)…..it’ll want something sustainable, something that improves your muscles, coordination, and encourages recovery.

barre.[d] studio offers some of the most indispensable types of workouts for those who are seeking to prevent injury and those who are recovering. Our classes have proved time after time to increase cardiovascular capacity, increase flexibility, increase muscle strength, improve balance, improve muscle tone and appearance.

We believe that you should train like an athlete because there will come a point where your body is going to want something more (or less). Something sustainable, something that improves your muscles, coordination, and encourages recovery.
Don’t assume “low impact” means easy or not worth your time. barre.[d] studio workouts are geared for anyone who is already physically active and will help them attain a higher level of physical fitness. For those who are just starting their fitness journey, our workouts will produce an amazing fit base to encourage optimum fitness in barre or in any other fitness modality. Why? Because stronger muscles leads to a greater ability to run longer or faster, it increases balance and coordination, ultimately….it fine-tunes your performance. #athlete
